ISRAEL TEL AVIV STOCK EXCHANGE - XTAETACT (Tel Aviv Continuous Trading) System
Overview - Established in 1953, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) is the only stock exchange in Israel. The TASE offers trading in shares, corporate bonds, treasury bills and bonds, index-tracking products and derivatives though the TACT (Tel Aviv Continuous Trading) automated order-driven trading system.
The system is based on a computerised central order book, similar to the trading systems used by other European stock exchanges.
The local currency is the Israeli Shekel (ISO Code ILS). All prices with the exception of those for bonds are quoted in Agora where 100 Agorot = 1 Shekel. Bonds are quoted in percentage of nominal value.

JORDAN AMMAN STOCK EXCHANGE - XAMM NSC Trading System
Overview - Established in 1999, the Amman Stock Exchange is the only stock exchange in Jordan. The ASE offers trading in shares, bonds and secondary lines such as bonus and rights issues through the NSC automated order-driven trading system. Developed by Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS) and based on a computerised central order book, the NSC trading system is also used by NYSE Euronext, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia amongst others.
